"I’ve ordered from Zatu a few times now…"
I’ve ordered from Zatu a few times now, and overall it’s been a good experience. I usually expect board games to be a bit pricey, so their prices have been a nice surprise. The only downside is the shipping, which can start to add up if you’re not placing a bigger order. I’m still happy with what I’ve bought, but I do wish delivery was a bit cheaper

"I ordered a game from Zatu…"
I ordered a game from Zatu and ended up contacting customer service to check on the delivery date. They did get back to me, but it wasn’t exactly quick, took a couple of days, which had me waiting around a bit. To be fair, the reply was helpful enough once it came through, so it wasn’t nothing awful. Overall, not a bad experience, just not a great one either. I wouldn’t not use them again, but probably only if I wasn’t in a hurry.

"Actually in stock, imagine that"
I was checking a few sites for the games I wanted, and to my shock, Zatu actually had them listed as in stock. Wild concept, I know. Ordering was easy, the site was clear, and I didn’t have to sign up for the usual endless “we’ll let you know when it’s back” emails. just nice to buy what I wanted without turning it into a waiting game.

I had a quick question about my order and they got back to me really fast. The updates were clear enough, so I pretty much knew what was going on the whole time... no hassle at all

To be fair, they sorted it out quickly once I brought it up. Makes you wonder why it wasn’t handled properly in the first place, but at least the issue didn’t drag on...

I was impressed with how fast I got my money back. The process wasn’t completely smooth at first, and I did have to spend a little time figuring out what to do, which was a bit annoying. But once it was sorted, the refund came through really quickly, so I appreciated that.

The game showed up really well packed, and the box had no dents or marks, so I’m happy with that. The only annoying part was the communication wasn’t very clear, so I wasn’t totally sure what was going on with the order for a bit. Still, the item itself arrived in great condition.

I had to return a game to zatu it was much smoother than I expected. I filled out the form, sent it back, and the refund came through quickly. The whole process felt straightforward, and the tone of the communication was calm and helpful rather than awkward or fussy, which made a good difference. No chasing, no hassle. One of the parts in my game turned up damaged, which was a bit annoying, but yeah... these things happen. I emailed zatu and they replied quickly, asked me to send over a photo, and then just sorted a replacement without making it into a whole thing. It arrived a few days later and everything was fine after that. Really happy with how they handled it, honestly. Simple, no fuss, and just... sorted.

"Really easy order and delivery"
I ordered a board game from zatu and felt quite relieved by how straightforward it all was. The dispatch email came through quickly, and the tracking was clear enough that I didn’t have to keep guessing where the parcel was. It arrived exactly when they said it would and was packed really well too. I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but everything went smoothly, so I’d happily use them again.

I had a small issue with my order from zatu, so I sent them a message and expected the usual back-and-forth. As someone who gets easily stressed when online orders go wrong, I really appreciated how quick and polite their reply was. They sorted everything out without any fuss, which made the whole thing feel so much easier. I’d definitely be happy to order from them again

I preordered a game from Zatu and felt a bit nervous at first, since preorders can be so hit or miss. Thankfully, everything went really smoothly. "Dispatch is a bit hit and miss, to be honest"
I’ve ordered from Zatu a few times now and, yeah, it’s mostly been fine overall. The only thing is the dispatch can be a bit unpredictable. Sometimes my order gets sent out really quickly, and other times it just kind of sits there for days without much of an update. The prices are good and everything has arrived in decent condition in the end, so I can’t complain too much. I just probably wouldn’t use them if I needed something in a hurry

"Checkout was quick and painless"
I ordered from zatu.com and the whole checkout was just really easy, I found my basket straight away, put in my delivery details, saw the postage before paying, checked the prices were all clear, paid without any strange errors or frozen pages, and then the confirmation email came through quickly too, so there’s not loads to say except it all worked smoothly and didn’t give me any hassle
